Tibet river main source from the Tibet mountain melting ices and water spread into the northeast region down to Bangladesh.

Open your eyes a little wider than usual and look at the following map.

See all those tributaries of Brahmaputra. All of them originates from India, and these are only those originating from one state Arunanchal. There is even more extensive tributary system on left bank of Brahmaputra.

And note the difference in size of river when it enters India and that on lower reaches. It is due to massive amount of water fed by Brahmaputra's tributaries, all of whom are in India.

If not affect by what China construction on Tibet river to northeast region why India government is deeply trouble and concern?

There is so much water in Brahmaputra system that even if China completely shuts down Brahmaputra, there would be more than enough to fulfill India's need. This river in India is so big that it could not be dammed. All dams on Brahmaputra are on it's tributaries.

Pity be on Bangladeshis as they not only need water but also silt to ensure that their country does not sink in Bay of Bengal.

On this logic BD can rely on NE water. As it needs ways to discharge its water. Also BD has a high amount of rainfall. So we wont die without Indian water.

Now is a map clearly show most of water originate in China and flow downstream to India, here an Indian tried to obscure the fact water from Tibet region feed into the India rivers.

There is something called as rights of lower riparian states, the reason why India signed IWT with Pakistan.It is considered illegitimate to divert whole of rivers. You could do it in a way as you could kill a country's diplomat, ie by force but not by right.

India government protest because lack of water will cause major drought in northeast then ruin millions of life in that region.

I never said that Bangladesh would become desert. Even if there are no rivers in Bangladesh, rainfall is enough to take care of water needs. Though you may sink under Bay of Bengal as silt brought by Ganga-Brahmaputra system compensates for rising Sea level in Bangladesh.
