Tico is early 80s ship. No match for 055. Hell, 1 055 can probably sink every single Tico with a single volley.

Arleigh Burke Flight III should be quite similar to Type 055, but the hull design is much older. Think F-16V compared to J-10C.

055A has rail gun due to huge power provided by the engines, also more VLS cells, displacement fully loaded is expected to be close to 15,000 tons
