China warns India over invite to Dalai Lama to Buddhist meet

Given they "warned" Myanmar after Myanmar airforce bombed Chinese territory and killed 5 Chinese citizens....you might have to wait a really long time for any real response from China....if it ever happens at all.

We will keep hosting Dalai Lama wherever he wants to go and there's nothing China can do about it (past issuing a warning) given they have not been willing to take on board any of our concerns on multiple things. We will thus respond in the exact same way regarding theirs.

Status quo is fine for now. Their warnings will be filed in the "dont give a flying F" cabinet....to add to the large collection already there (that have amounted to zilch on the ground).

Jo baat hai...

What did China do to Obama that amounts to ' didnt leave" ?

I was saying this...

Don't worry about the past. You should be more worried of the present. One word "CPEC". o_O

what is that CPEC,

China does not address our concerns on Maulana Masood Azhar and NSG so why should we care for their concerns regarding Dalai Lama

Don't Connect Maulana Masood Azhar and NSG with Dalai Lama

Both are irrelevant,

Should have some scene when Commenting,

. . .

Don't make fool of yourselves, all these are India inter-states connections, I thought you guys gonna impress us with external connection such as CPEC style which a strategic access to Arabian sea and Indian Ocean for China, your Indian corridors are merely an extension of school corridor.

SAARC stands for south Asian, where the hell is China in South Asia. It's a eastern Asian country. No south east or South Asia

South Asia is just a name, Nepal and Bhutan are both within Tibet Plateau, why can they admitted in SAARC and not China...because India sais so? :disagree:

India will take china concerns as seriously as they take ours..
Frankly this is getting boring. the way I see it, Neither china nor India will move an inch ahead into much a probable attack of any kind other than an occasional brash talk.

Both countries have too much to loose to take ahead than silly posturing...India has no interest to do any harm to China and conversely, China will loose a lot o money if it attacks India.

Noone is talking war here.

Warning acknowledged.

Finger raised.

Event hosted.

Back to business as usual.

We warned and India received the message and we don't give a flying F what you gonna do with it neither, at least we warned India.

China has kidnapped the next designated Lama and on top have named their own little panjang lama. So in effect after this Dalaui Lama, China will have their own CPC created Dalai Lama!

There is really no other country in the world that takes care its business better than China. Principles, fairness, ethics and morals be damned, they, the CPC, make the agenda and stick with it. Not that the other great countries such as ours have acted totally morally ethically and fairly. It is a matter of degree.

Just try and stop the water at-least once before boasting about it and Indian concerns, the fact is China can't and China will never do that in near future.

If China ever does that it will be Bangladesh who will be more affected rather than India. Moreover it will give us and excuse to utilize and divert even more water from Brahmaputra aka Yarlung Zangb, and put the blame on China, so simple as that. I don't think China will do something stupid to loose a friendly nation at our eastern flank just to partially or temporarily hurt India. LOL :p:

We don't even need to try India is already living with anger, frenzy and paranoid, your India media and your so call Indian strategist such as Brahma Chellaney are crying in youtube non stop, imagine if we go for real to divert the water.

No sir, let them keep it and be happy while we enjoy "Tawang". :)
It's like saying, "let them eat the whole cake, we're happy with a piece". :D
Eventually, even the piece will disappear.

It is a shame that China abducted panchan lama and had not returned him till now.

China is implementing anti Buddist policies and not letting the Monks to do their duty, CPC is also creating void so that church can exploit it and convert chinese.

CPC should stop its rants and check their idiotic policies.

BEIJING: China on Monday warned India not to go against its "core concerns" to avoid "disruption" in bilateral ties after New Delhi invited the Tibetan spiritual leader Dalai Lama to an international Buddhist seminar in Bihar.

"In recent days the Indian side, in total disregard of China's stern representation and strong opposition, insisted on inviting the 14th Dalai Lama to attend the international conference on Buddhism held by the Indian government," foreign ministry spokesperson Hua Chunying told reporters here.

"China is strongly dissatisfied and firmly opposed to it," she said.

"We urge the Indian side to clearly see the anti-China splittist nature of the Dalai group and honour its commitment on Tibet and related questions, respect China's core concerns and avoid China-India relations from being further disrupted and undermined," she said.

The 81-year-old Dalai Lama inaugurated an international seminar on Buddhismon March 17 in Rajgir in Bihar's Nalanda district, about 100 km from the capital Patna.

Buddhist monks and scholars from various countries participated in the seminar 'Buddhism in 21st Century'.

Earlier this month, China had objected+ to India permitting+ the Dalai Lama to visit Arunachal Pradesh which it regards as Southern Tibet.

China is strongly opposed to the Dalai Lama visiting disputed areas, foreign ministry spokesman Geng Shuang had said.

"China's position on eastern section of China-India border dispute is consistent and clear. The Dalai clique has long been engaging in anti-China separatist activities and its record on the border question is not that good," he had said.

China views the Nobel Peace laureate, who fled into exile in India after a failed uprising against Chinese rule in 1959, as a dangerous separatist.

China in the past held talks with him for reconciliation after he fled from Tibet. But no such talks were held after President Xi Jinping took over as the new leader in 2012 and Beijing kept pressure on various countries not to host him.

This visit will come at a very high price for India. Make no mistake.

For what?

Listening to HH's spiritual discourse?

He's a spiritual leader for us Buddhists here. You may not like him politically but we don't see him as a political entity.

these looser's should stop crying and coming up with their usual bul!shit rants every now and then as we are tired & bored now , Unlike them we are a free country and dalai lamaji is most welcome here , he can travel and go anywhere in India.
