chinese govt recognizes that anglo-americans are double-crossing bastards in this war of terror and are sponsoring some "good" terrorists (like the turkic terrorists) even while prosecuting others they deem bad (anyone who doesn't do anglo-americans' bidding and doesn't work to sabotage pakistani and chinese interests in afghanistan).

so chinese FM is simply stating the fact that this war isn't about some pretentious anglo-american claims of an ideology of terror and another of "freedom", and he is sending a strong message to pakistan that china and pakistan must see through all anglo-american-jewish rhetoric of their war of terror and find the realpolitik logic behind this deceptive rhetoric. in eradicating the TIM terrorists the two countries must go after those who actually do real and permanent harm to their national interests, and china and pakistan must be more united in their shared search for security than they ever have been. the anglo-american terrorists or those they hire will tremble in face of this unity.

The Turkestan movement has Links with Saudi Arabia so it's really no surprise, these guys in the picture likely in pakistan or central asia, the taliban also give protection to these guys. I'm pretty surprised other muslim countries like Malaysia and Indonesia have return Uighur terrorist right back to china .

china borders pakistan and could operate drones into pakistan to kill turkic terrorists with far greater ease than anglo-americans could direct drones from virginia to kill saudi terrorists who snuck into pakistan and yet china never did such a thing; china is far mightier than saudi arabia and yet its diplomats never provoked a fistfight with airport security in pakistan, unlike the overbearing bastard from saudi arabia who did just a few days ago.
