China treats Uighur kids as ‘orphans’ after parents seized

Things are getting hilarious, some Americans get angry about China just because they saw Chinese national flags in China, that's so cute. I never care what flags I see when I travel to other countries. that's really lovely.

Shut your mouth.
You are a rumor maker.

So when you can't refute what I say, I need to shut up? Typically PRC.

Why are there so many more Chinese flags in Lhasa than in Han Chinese cities? That is the question.

. . .
Those might be older photos. When I went there two years ago, flags were everywhere, not to mention, soldiers with machine guns.

Also, I noticed that many of the Tibetans who worked in hotels or restaurants didnt like Han Chinese much, they seemed resentful. Of course, many of the Han Chinese tourists were oblivious to it, like they are oblivious to everything else, and every other culture.

It only makes me angry when it is clear that the government is forcefully using them as a means of asserting control. That, combined with the fact that Tibetans have no right to dissent or freedom of speech.
Are you live in a hole? Have you ever read REAL news this days? Right NOW! The fking soldiers with machine guns are everywhere in Paris and Rome!

Also, I noticed that many of Blacks who didn't like white much, they seemed resentful!!

That is not what I am claiming. Can you use logic? Ask yourself why there are 100x more Chinese flags in Lhasa than in Shanghai? You think Tibetans are more patriotic than Shanghainese? LOL
WFT are you talking about? if you dont you better shut up?

The only difference is that Black people can openly express their resentment. They can march and protest. They have their own media where they routinely lash out against White people or the US government and their speech is protected.

Do Uighurs and Tibetans have that right? Answer truthfully.

Talking is cheap, we China are not known for talking but actions, US can talk about forever about gun control, racial discrimination, you can call that free speech, but just speech, nothing else while China is changing fast.

Do you have any comment on the Lhasa video I posted?

No. Maybe they didn't have as many flags on those streets, but that definitely was not the case when I was there.

Whatever it's true or not...In the eye of the Public it doesn't matter...
Many Chinese in this Forum ask why ppl don't believe them?

Well...
The answer is quite simple... China isn't an example when it comes to "being truthful" about repression...
AND
No Western media is allowed to check...

So of course Western media will work with what they have under their hands...And that is Uyghur ppl who fled CN and narrate their experience...

No need to blame X or Y... Blame your gov for not putting it in the Western public eye in a unrestricted manner.. If ofc you care about "image" if not...Then no need to find excuse about such behavior whatever it's indeed true or not...

Just say "Ok and Whatever" and go on with your life.
Usually I am the “Ok and whatever” type when I saw this kind of articles but you have mentioned allowing western media reporting China, I like to provide a little personal observation.

I saw an news on Guardian.co.uk this morning regarding the recent incident in Sweden where some Chinese tourists were threw out by hotel staff and then treated poorly by local police. I become speechless when saw “Local media reported they had refused to leave the hotel despite the fact they were not booked to stay there”. I don’t know what to say because even it was not totally clear as to what happened in the lobby to lead to the incident but both local newspapers and various unofficial sources reported that these tourists have booked to stay but arrived a lot earlier. This may seem to be a harmless and trivial detail but from that, the article goes on and narrates the incident as one that these Chinese were making trouble there and the protest by Chinese embassy was nothing but politically motivated stunts.

I think I should feel sorry for Guardian as a reputable newspaper for being so biased and knowingly or ignorantly distorting the fact to suit their narrative. I have been their faithful reader of Guardian for about 10 years and I have never seen any news relating to China with positive tone (let me know if you have seen any, haha). I do admire their consistency.

Coming back to your point, I don’t know whether it will change a lot if the western media is provided with more information.

Even that were true, you generalize what you saw somewhere in Tibet in a couple of days and tell people here that whole Tibet is always like that, that's enough to make you a rumor monger as other Chinese posters call you.

Maybe, Maybe not... At least CN wouldn't be targeted for "blocking" it...
The bad news outlets will keep doing their jobs and the Good ones will too... It depends where you read/see it...
So, if they have nothing to hide...Then all good... But if it's the opposite...then it's another story...

There is an International Organization that China is part of, the UN... Who could be used to prove if something unjust is happening or not... Therefore no need to get Western media in the loop...

But till then...No one can "impose" his view by saying "CN is right others are wrong"...If only one side is in the loop...
And we 'are talking about CN... Who don't have a good record when it comes to "Human Rights"... So there is no need to be "surprised" by Western behavior on this subject.

Good...Every country should follow Chinese action to deredicalise Muslims... sometime by force...

.
If American love and care Muslim so much, why don't they open border to welcome more Muslim come over. Trump just did Muslim travel ban. Why don't reporter Manuel Valdes tell Trump and congress to accept all of these people? It is because these reporters are making fake news. And many more questions like that, where do they get the millions number, pictures while they are not in china? did they go to count Uighur people in China? or did they spy to get the number? No, all they do is they are making Fake News!
Of course, they are not making fake news for free. Their plot behind is to trick Pakistan and Muslim to fight with China.
Hi, why does China allow western news in China to propagate the fake news?
Associated Press journalists Gillian Wong in Beijing and Manuel Valdes in Seattle contributed to this report. Follow Yanan Wang and Dake Kang on Twitter at @yananw and @dakekang.

Seriously, blocking the Uighur illegally smuggling to turkey is the biggest mistake CPP ever make on XinJing policy.
China should just open a freaking a official channel with turkey or leave a boarder one way open!
Send those family in the story, once they leave the country, permanently terminate their Chinese citizenship and blacklist them! Instead wasting money and resource on educated them!
Communist Chinese are not like Russian. Russia has virtually eliminated all western news outlets in Russia.

China pursues the policy of freedom of belief. The mainstream belief in China is atheism. There are also many people who believe in Christianity, Catholicism, Muslim, Taoism, Buddhism, Confucian culture and so on.

The Uygur problem is not a religious one. If it is a religious one why other religions have no problems, the same hui Muslims have no problems.
Some of uygur use terrorism to achieve national separation.china have zero tolorence to terrorism and separatism
The west is trying to stir up the relationship between Muslims and China through religious caps. This is a conspiracy.

Mainstream Muslim countries, such as Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Malay and Indonesia, even turkey, have been cool-headed and rational about this issue.

South Asian Muslims are loyal, but also the least judgmental, hot-headed, which is why Pakistan, as a friend of China, is easily be used as cannon fodder by Western countries and India. India will seize every opportunity to stir up Sino-Pakistani relations. Once Pakistan loses China's support, India will easily destroy Pakistan.

Some Pakistani friends are sober, some are insidious, willing to be Western dogs, of course there are many people are used by the insidious.
I hope you can recognize the true face of some of the sinister who lurk around us. I hope pakistan can be calm and rational. especially your new government ,it seems less mature and more irrational, it is very dangrous for pakistan

Almost all anti China Pakistanis are Pakistanis in origin but live in the west, they are more exposed to western anti China propaganda and being an ethnic minority growing up in a not very Muslim friendly enviornment, they tend to be more likely to be sensitive and rebellious, lack sense of security and always carry a big chip on their shoulder.
