Good for Pakistan and China, sooner these projects implemented, better for both countries.
But ouch, ouch and ouch for india! No bernol will save the day, new drug is needed for more than 1 billion indian customers. Can China and Pakistan make something for these people?

This will pave the way for Pakistan to buy some sophisticated Chinese stuff for their arsenal, since these Chinese funds have freed up Pakistani money for defense acquisition to the consternation of India.

And this is while India is not doing good on its own, as for its defense budget:

This has nothing to do with India. We need to revamp up or power sector. If anything India can easily throw up 50 bn cash just like that

India is working on tight budget. Every penny has been allocated for.
It can not come up with extra 5 billion even if she wants to. India will have to borrow that money.

Then I winder why why capex is returned every year back to MOD

The more money China pours in,the more Pakistan's national security becomes China's concern and that's what the real win is here for Pakistan and few people are talking about this apect of Chinese investments.
CPEC 'WILL' prove to be a game changer ( God willing ) one way or another.Either in terms of our economy or in terms of our national security.
