China targets to dominate one-third of world’s industries

China owns around 30% of proven world reserves, yet it accounts for 90% trade of those rare earths. Logic dictates it will run out of those sooner then everyone else.

The countries who have the other 70% are obviously not trading/exporting them. They do, but only 10% of world trade. It's really simple math.
