China suspected of copycatting Russian naval jet

Good for China. They are going to be a world superpower in 10-20 years. They have rapidly developed in all sectors and continue to do so. You can't help but admire how fast and how far the Chinese have progressed.

Russian didn't inheritate all the formal USSR property. For example, most of its navy aircraft design, built and train facilities were remained in Ukrain.Even the Russians themself have to rent the navy trainning system in Ukrain near the black sea.The T10 is more a leace Ukrain property. And China already paid to Ukraine.

The SU-33 is built by Knaapo (a Russian company) Sukhoi is (a Russian company), both headquarters of knaapo and Sukhoi are located in Russia. Purchasing an aircraft from Ukraine doesn't make it Ukranian. Bottom line, Sukhoi is a Russian company.

Initially, Beijing wanted to buy 50 Su-33s, but then downsized the deal to just two jets meant for testing. Russia insisted on a bigger deal and wanted guarantees that the technology would not be copycatted, Kanwa’s Editor-in-Chief Andrei Chang told ITAR-TASS news agency.

Crap again. The Russians dont have the ability to produce the su33 since the production line was closed for years.

Don't have the ability to produce? Sukhoi has produced everything from the SU-30MKK to the SU-35 to the PAK-FA and of course the SU-33, the only thing Sukhoi would need to do is restart the production line which would not be a problem finacially since Sukhoi is one of the most profatable aircraft manufatures in the world.

They asked money for reopen it and was refused by us.Again,

We asked for money did we? More like Russia declined China's offer.

Russia refused the Chinese offer even after Beijing had offered to buy 14 Su-33 aircraft, saying that at least 24 jets should be sold to recoup production costs.

And lets analyze india's first atomic reactor for producing weapons the nuclear bomb was a copy of russian bomb...should we take it a bad copy quality. Move on the toyota in india is if not 88% similar to that of japanese toyota being used in japan, should we take it bad copy quality it is infact a copy manufactured isn't it.
