China Steps Up Naval Presence Near China's Huangyan (Scarborough) Shoal

The u.s have crossed many of china red lines but china is just too chicken to back down one after another line that the u.s cut it loose. Line #1, flew b52 into east china sea adiz right after china declared it. China failed to shoot it down. Line#2, u.s senate issued resolution 412 on july 10th 2014 calling china to withdraw the oil rig from the paracels. On july 16th, china picked up the rig and ran. Line #3, u.s sailed right into 12 miles of the artificial island but china failed to shoot it. Line#4 u.s sailed within 12 miles of triton island in the paracels but china didn't dare to shoot it other than protesting. Line #5 Exxon mobile is currently drilling gas in block 118 off the coast of vietnam. This gas field has an estimate of 8 Tcf n it is the largest gas field ever discovered in vietnam. Guess what? Block 118 is deep inside china 9 dash line claim n china could not do anything about it. The u.s is begging for war with china but china is too afraid to take it

China is doing everything according to her plans, there's nothing the US can do to stop China. It's too late, the US cannot handle China, that's the reality!

I'm pretty sure, we finish the island earlier than the Americano-Chicano Wall.

There is indeed a sweet competition between US-Mexico wall and China's island development in SCS.

Huangyan will be Mr. Xi's crown jewel.

US-Mexico Great Wall will be Mr. Trump's crown jewel.

I bet China will build first but we will not be able to make PH pay for it.

:(

Chicanos are probably now quite relieved Trump lags behind in the corporate media's polls.
Bad news for non-Hispanic whites in US.

I believe Trump has a good chance. He seems to be setting the stage because unconventional ways not practical to defeat the warmonger Democrats.

He, at the end of the day, will be part of the larger elite system, if he is elected, but, I am sure he will ask for monetary return for the help he gives to the PH, JP and the likes (and if possible, in the future) to VN.

Then we might as well see nice exchanges between him and Mr. Duterte.

In that turmoil, Hunagyan development will be of little importance.

Dearest banned member: It's US who draw the lines and China break the lines every time. Please get facts right before posting. will make you more credible.

Well, ...

Beijing is thought to have threatened Japan that it would launch military action if Tokyo pressed ahead with its stance on the South China Sea dispute. Chinese officials are reported to have conveyed the warning to a top-ranking Japanese official in June.

According to diplomatic sources, cited by Japan's Kyodo news agency, China's ambassador to Japan, Cheng Yonghua, told Japan that it would cross a "red line" if Japanese vessels took part in the so-called freedom of navigation operations launched by the US in the South China Sea. Cheng even went on to indicate that Beijing would not hesitate to take military action. This emerged only on Sunday, 21 August though the incident reportedly occurred in June.

US have been drawing lines in Syria, Crimea, SCS but China crosses the line every time. What is US to do? The line get shorter and shorter. China took over Huangyan Island in 2012 what did US do?

@Chinese-Dragon

What will the US do when Huangyan Island development actually begins (currently active increase in the law enforcement in the HI vicinity is undergoing).

Practically, the US is helpless.

Really? Can we built more of them? The contract was 4 ships.

I read that there were more to be built than originally contracted.

Yeah, call your mama. Anyway, it is clear from the article that I posted a link to that China itself is (also) drawing red lines. So, pot v. kettle. End of your story.
