Trade between China and west will be more skewed in the future, western countries for decades used their massive car exports to China to help them reduce some deficit with China, but now even this strength is gone, China now doesn't have much to buy from the west even if she wants, it'll be quite a struggle for China to find anything that China still can buy from the west.

I guess the west should now start to shift completely to agriculture, farming and animal husbandry, China may be still willing to buy farm products in the foreseeable future, US, Canada and Australia now are like farmlands for China.

The west whines about record high trade deficit with China year on year, what do they expect China to do? there's not much we need from them, and will be even much less in the future, the unbalanced trade can only be worse.

Chinese colleagues I work with, that have family in China say China still has a ways to go in terms of medical services, and that is their biggest desire to see improve? For example, the a hospital in Fujian doesn’t have central air and the hospital is humid inside. The air doesn’t seem as clean as it should be.

China always does, manufacturers always focus on the domestic market first, many of them hate to do imports and exports due to various rules.

That's completely none sense, check youtube there are many Chinese hospitals you can see.
In terms of build public facilities and infrastructure, namely hospitals, colleges, stadiums, museums, libraries...no one can even come close to China.

False claim. It's not like other countries can not ramp up their production of airconditioners if Chinese sources are no longer available. There might be shortages in the near term during transitions but supply will catch up to demand.

I’m not talking about producing, it how it’s implemented. A couple of Chinese born and raised people, who goes back to their cities (one in Fujian and one in Guangzhou) told me of their experience.

Is there anything that west can use to blackmail China? Any weak points? If not then China is on its way to the top.
