When China going to become Super Power.

Well, china is never going to become super power in the sense of US, and even if Chine become rich and strong the influence would be severely limited. But China must reach a position to be able maintain regional order against political interference from other major powers.

As example In case of this war on terror in Afghanistan, if you were strong enough and/or have many strong friends (as friendly foreign powers) outside western camp, you might be able to hold back the terrorists and at the same time punish the west for this transgression in your region(assuming you didnt agree with their request), or prevent their incursion/invasion alltogether, that would be as justice demands. Since those conditions are not met, you have no choice but to "cooperate" with the west eventhough those mess were forced upon you. There is no justice between nations without power (or the right friends)

That is the best way for China to protect our interests in Iraq.

But still after 10 years we have broken the backbone of Taliban because yesterday their Biggest Group (TTP) Surrender and the rest of those groups have been pushed back into Afghanistan by Pakistan Army.Many of Taliban commanders have been killed. Yesterday was a big day for Pakistani People.

Thats great news indeed, but we must always be careful in dealing wth such groups. If I know anything about them it is their resilience especially in poor and chaotic region, their extremistic religious propaganda would always endanger the minds of the suffered people. Until now I had little trust in reconstruction of western Afghanistan, it is quite likely that many people there are still supporting them.(hopefully I am wrong in this)

We have deployed 1 million troops with armor divisions on Afghanistan border. But we need UAVs to kill those who have retreated in Afghanistan.

Yeah thats right but believe me People who hated Pakistan are now in Afghanistan thats why we need UAV Drones to kill the last of them for total peace.And Pakistan Army will remain on Afghanistan Border for some years to come.

I support China sending troops to fight ISIS for 3 reasons.

1. ISIS has specifically targeted China and is recruiting extremists from Xinjiang region.
2. The Chinese army has not engaged in wars for too long. Fighting ISIS and cooperating with other armies are good preparation for possible future conflicts.
3. As a permanent member of UN security council, China should start acting for common good of humanity, which is terrorism in this century. If China keeps casting abstain, no country will respect China and China has no reason to sit on UN security council as a silent duck.

At best China should make barter deal with Iran. Arms for oil.

If U.S.A. is arming undemocratic and human rights violating nations, rebels and terrorist all over the Middle East for the sake of peace and democracy, we can at least arm a peaceful one to protect it self.

Maybe ask U.S.A. to take out their carriers, aircraft and drones from Chinese coast and use them to deal with their "freedom fighter" them self.

Don't be fooled the Diplomat is a pro Japanese site. China can not and will not send troops. The Diplomat should be asking why isn't Japan sending any troops or air support? Japan didn't do anything when their civilians in Algeria were executed.

ISIS was created by the US arming so called moderate rebels, they caused it their problem they should solve it. This operation could be botched or long term bogged down.

India should send troops to fight ISIS, they hate Muslims so much this will be a very good opportunity for them to kill as much as possible in line with the Usraeli doctrine of war. And to fight some of the most extremist Muslims face to face, aided by American air power and some other troops.
By the way India buys Oil from Iraq as well as from Iran, so it has some stakes in the Area, and seemingly ISIS has been threatening India too. So this is an opportunity not to be missed to show the whole world its fighting prowess.
