The point of the 001A is to make a carrier from scratch, from an improvement of the 001. The whole 001, 001A, 002, 003 is a learning experience. to build the carriers yourself and then to put the best 5th gen fighters on the carriers that are designed for that. Beginning with the 002s.

If China has the best carriers by now, you would be saying that is stolen technology. Since China is doing much of this indigenously for future carriers, you claim Chinese carriers are not to par with Japanese ones with F-35s.
