Don't talk none sense, how you know we're more liberal on prostitution in communism than in democrazy India? Are you trying to say that India don't have endless supply of pretty young women in your massive population or if rape is cheap option since Indian men can't afford to pay?

Fact is women living in China and women who travel to China never have to worry about rape
and safer than most countries in the world unlike India.

from my limited travel to china it is almost every young chinese dude has a girlfriend in china. i know that it is not the case in India

i do not know what the legal stance on prostitution is. they are plenty of them in hotels frequented by expats. it is almost like the authorities turn the other way.

i am not saying anything negative here. just my two cents

Young Chinese dude has girlfriend only mean that our society is liberal for young couple and doesn't mean liberal for prostitution, I don't deny that prostitution exist in China but it's not liberal like walking on street and make offer as western nations. And what you expect for prostitutes to go beside Hotel or Motel...to the client's house?

And if prostitution is the solution for rape, why don't India just encourage people to have liberal attitude and build more brothels it should be able to fix your national crisis don't you think?.
