China refused to admit that China has this crime? No way, China has 14 billion people. every country has this crime. I guess that must be a biased western report, the authority probably meant to say that it is not a big issue in China like what is in India, if that's what it means then it's very true. Go and search and everyone can see that China is one the countries which has the lowest crime rate in the world, by and large, Eastern Asian countries all have a much lower crime rate than the rest of the world.
