Like I said, the wisest thing for China to do in this day and age is cooperate with India and make the 21st century the Asian century.

A proxy conflict between China and India will end up backfiring badly on Beijing because that's exactly the excuse the US/West is looking for to isolate China from the rest of the world and destroy your country's attempt to become the largest economy by 2030.

China do want to cooperate with others ,except that kind of one with a precondition of giving up your territory.
If China could accept such kind of cooperation, why don't we cooperate with US just like Japan ?
At least US do not occupy China's territory.

This is why I said on the previous page that a little bit of wisdom and humility would be nice.

China isn't unbreakable. China has been broken many times throughout its history. It can also be broken up in the future if Beijing doesn't act wisely.

The most population mulism in China is not Uighur but Hui ethnic which is actually han muslim.
In Xinjiang province, there are more than 10 ethnics including Uighur, Hui ,Kazak，Tadzhikistan， Uzbekistan，mogolian, Russian ..etc, a few of which are buddisits, Eastern Orthodox Christians，atheists, Shaman ,most of which are muslims.

The population of Uighur is 8.9 million ,while Han Chinese is 7.8 million and the others are 2.5 million.

Uighur could not get along with any ethnic .
Actually, there are much more conflicts occuring between other ethnics and Uighur than that between Han and Uighur in the past.
A few of Uighur which are kind of Wahabees want not anyone with other religions or sects or ethnics existing in Xinjiang.
If Chinese government don't control these extremists , there will definitely be a minor middle east .
