Indian never made us insecure. By the grace of God they never had poped up to that status. Its infact the other way around. Thats exactly why we see them whining, every now and then when Pakistan makes or tries to make a defense or military deal or activity.

Pakistan ideally should pressure China to back down from the offer, if that is not possible then Pakistan has to learn to turn a blind eye to China-India dealings and allow this relationship to propagate on a parallel track.

Pakistan pays for everything by taking credit from the buyer, aka soft loan, then the relation can go only so far as the lender is willing to lend. Case in point China for F-22P and France for JF-17 Avionics.

No one says that India is going to buy the Chinese trainer jets and no one is happy abut that..we are all happily surprised to see the Chinese offering the trainer jets to India,which was nvr expected but surely a futuristic step toward the India -Chgina relationship.

Well if they can do trade with you, if they can give you radars, provide critical components for so many devices which can be used in your defence forces, then why surprised by an offering of a jet trainer.

They even asked for joint collaboration for their COMPASS satellite navigation system, which you guys rejected.

So with all above, why surprised by just a trainer ?? It isn't some other fighter aircraft.

China must be feeling sympathy for IAF, as being its adversary its loosing its planes and pilots, so China may not want to see its adversary loosing its aircrafts, and wants them to be saved for a real war.

So don't get surprised, its not the first time China has offered something useful to you, it has happened and will happen again in future.

Trainers don't change the game, strategic weapon systems change the game, the day that happens, then come here on this forum and do the and post sarcastic comments regarding Pakistan & China relationship.

Atleast we are paying back, and with a hefty mark up, which in return helps the lender as he has additional income, atleast not like India, which has to overpay compared to the real price of the system.

So don't make it into a Pakistan scenario and there are thousands of fault within your own country too.

So stick to the topic of L-15 and India. Don't drag in Pakistan as its just a trainer, which India will not be buying as per past practice, that China also knows and we also, but with such offer, China is making its image get positive or kind of good diplomacy, and India will as usual do the NO.
