Most of ASEAN enjoy much better relationship with China than Vietnam and have been cool to their disputes. Is just India who never got backstabbed by the Vietcong want to join the morass, and of course the crumbling empire of United States, using you as a pawn on her grand chess board.

4)you will simply not get the level and grade of uranium needed to make nuke, because no great power will let you play with nukes on their own grounds.

America is the number one economy and China second. Both are either a global and regional powers with money, the ability to sell weapons and project power within the region. Of course they would listen to us, not YOU.

LIVERMORE, CALIF. — A group of nuclear weapons designers and scientists at the Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory conducted a what-if experiment several years ago, deploying supercomputers to simulate what happens to a nuclear weapon from the moment it leaves storage to the point when it hits a target.

They methodically worked down a checklist of all the possible conditions that could affect the B-83 strategic nuclear bomb, the most powerful and one of the most modern weapons in the U.S. arsenal, officials said. The scientists and designers examined how temperature, altitude, vibration and other factors would affect the bomb in what is called the stockpile-to-target sequence.

Post a credible third party source to support your argument that supercomputers will be installed by the Americans to help you enrich uranium for nuke. You would be hard pressed to find Vietnam being mentioned on any piece relating to such technology. More dreaming? Sorry if I woke you up too early, you may go back to bed now

Firstly they are not communists and second they are too valuable to the world market and contributes greatly towards the stability of the global economy than Vietnam is. If one country is going to have to be bombed, then Vietnam would be the obvious choice out of them all. One you are still a communist country which they hate, second you are threatening your neighbours, three your country is seeking hegemony and oh last but not least, if your country pursues nuke that would be the icing on the cake. You will be bombed and then sanctioned and many more people would be making boats to leave your country by ship loads

personally I have sympathy with Chinese Singapore citizens, some time I do my business with them, people and their government is acting as reasonably for the situation change in region. May they came here from southern of China ?
