I haven't looked into the particular controversy regarding Selig's report on Chinese presence in Kashmir so can't comment on that.
However, I understand that most sources I present here will be discredited. Nevermind.
Sino-Korean Treaty of Friendship, Cooperation and Mutual Assistance
The Contracting Parties undertake jointly to adopt all measures to prevent aggression against either of the Contracting parties by any state.
