It is not true. We have international assignments where students go to emerging markets of either China, Brazil or India to do project work, and guess what, majority of Pakistani students opt for India in spite of majority being rejected for visas year after year.

I always loved pakistani artists regularly coming to india for jobs or even staying here..There are 100s if not 1000s of pakistanis who come to india for medical treatment every year..Even the macho Pakistanis wondering why any nation would allow their citizens to come to india know this fact very well.But slaves have to please their masters...And for that they are ready to stoop to any level.But unfortunately this is too low..
