China is not India's potential enemy: Editor-in-Chief Hu Xijin of Global Times

This nang might be a Pakistani false flager. What I gather from original Chinese here is.
Baring a few, Many of these ccp trolls are very boorish and egotist people.

Having business relations with China is a total loss. They cleverly block our pharma and IT services. They take only raw materials like iron ore. They will not export raw materials. They will suffer a loss to do such a trade. Having a trade with Chinese is a total loss until these Chinese change their mindset.

We should just have a cold understanding with them, USA and west are several times better than these people.
West had a change of heart and banned apartheid. But these Chinese may never have this change of heart.

We should deal with chinese very cleverly. We should never join their OBOR. India should develope infrastructure on its own. Chinese attitude towards India will not change till India developes itself. Chinese exports 2.3 trillion worth of goods to world, If India aggressively captures 500 billion of this, which India can due to its huge demography. Until we break Chinese ego, Chinese will not see sense. This is law of nature.
haha, wait, why am I a Pakistan false flagger?

Think what Indian media would respond if Chinese troops did the same thing.
Will report the updates.

Explain the conditions, somebody will write an editorial about the further actions and options available. I don't think there will be any war cries. None the less any racist insults.

hardly. few people outside of China pay much attention to China media.
I don't know that. But your media itself made news for posting racist article. BBC, CNN, Australian and Jap news reported and held a discussion on it.

you'd better hope China keeps that way. After all, there hasn't been a major conflict in about 30 years.

that's what I explained, China cannot simply phase out without any trouble from a war. The more China pushes, the more will be the military build up and vigilance. With growing economy, I think you should be careful when throwing punches around like that.

to be honest, I barely paid much attention to both media during the standoff. I was pretty certain that it would be a total waste of time. I only paid attention to the official statement from both sides. so I cannot really comment on the racism accusation you made. From what I gathered, it was a fairly dangerous confrontation that could lead to armed conflict. It hasn't really ended yet so let's see how it will evolve over time.

Ok. Let's hope in the near future we will work together for a better region settling all the disputes.

Ciao!

Personally I blame Nehru's forward policy for this.
When trying to capture territory, you should have a proper force at standby.

China is considered more of a rival than an enemy here. We generally consider you guys as smart folk who probably won't fight without reason.
Most educated Indians know about the forward policy that lead to the war.
Our conflicts are mainly cos of boundary issues. Otherwise we don't mind a strong China.

The problem is India public had not reached this consensus until not too long ago when more secrete documents became available to general public, by then 50 years had already past. Have we learnt anything from the past history? The recent Doklam standoff created hostility between both countries, are we going to finally learn the truth 50 years from now again?

.
.But based on historical context, i do not find any reason why can not cooexist with each other...India has always have painful history of Islamic invaders attacking our nation but we never have any conflict per say with China in north...
CPC and chinese are two different entities.

.
last time, India did treat China as it's enemy. Otherwise, it wouldn't ignore the consistent protest from China. It just treated China as a worthless enemy who was too weak to fight back.

It is admirable ingenuity of Indian media that can portrait one side's reluctance to war as a conspiracy of fishing them into war.

It's pity indian have british mental while showing indian body. india wanted to act like British empire while its poor ability lag their ambition.

CPC and chinese are two different entities.

Neither hindu and indian.

One cannot travel on two boats. He wants Indians to tolerate Terrorism from Pakistan and expects India to cooperate on OBOR and economy. How did someone so boorish, egotist and foolish became Editor of Globaltimes.

Europe and US are way better than China in case of market access. these Chinese are too selfish to give market access to India. We should give last preference to China in trade. If they want to make their labourers work like a human mule to make the cheapest products, let them do it.

Recently Trump launched trade investigation against China... We should take advantage of this situation. If we Indians provide substitute labour force to US and west. China will bear the brunt of Trade war with USA. China will become expendable to the west.

Nuclear deal with India was just a way of USA to scare China. How much China must have squeezed their labour force to keep their economy ahead of India.

.
We will do what China did to us using Pakistan. We will continue to bogged down China in this region and will not let China a global geo-strategic player of US & Russian stature, All chinks sink this in their small but thick skull!!!

It would have been best to keep the disputed/unmarked territory as unmanned zones. But everyone is greedy these days.
Information is free over the Internet here, so anyone with an interest can look up the cause and effect of that conflict (62).

I don't want to comment about enemy or not. But this is a time when India should increase the ties. Behti ganga mein hath dhona... #TargetNSG

@Han Warrior @Chinese-Dragon @terranMarine will get heart attack after looking at thread title.

Yes, india created imaginary maps and has invaded SCS. India is building artificial islands in SCS.
india is trying to take over Bhutan and Nepal, everybody knows this. Nepal is now using Chinese rail network to bypass India altogether. This is only the beginning.
