Apple is slowly moving its manufacturing from China to India.

For three reasons:

1. That’s where its future customer base is going to be.

2. It has a huge number of software engineers in India.

3. Labour cost is lower in India.

This is why Hasina is fast tracking trade relations with India.

Uncle Sam is where it was in 1971.

Sorry @Bilal9 and @bluesky 😂😂🤣🤣

Yet Chinas export is growing exponentially every year. Ah well let the west rot in their demographic woke hellhole. wait till whites are minority in 2040 thats when the real fun begins

The article is just opinion with much less weight if you see real FDI figure on those nations.

Just check India, FDI is stagnant for 6 years period

India has so far received healthy foreign direct investment (FDI) in 2022. As per the latest figures of the government, India has received foreign investments worth USD 42.5 billion during January-September 2022. It stood at USD 51.3 billion in 2021.

The country has registered its highest-ever total FDI inflows of USD 84.84 billion in 2021-22.

FDI equity inflows into India, however, contracted by 14 per cent to USD 26.9 billion during the April-September period this fiscal. The total FDI inflows (which include equity inflows, reinvested earnings and other capital) too has declined to USD 39 billion during the first half of this fiscal as against USD 42.86 billion in the year-ago period

I believe UNTAC figure since they will calculate the same standard. Just wait for 2022 number

Every nation has different calculation in calculating direct investment figure, Indonesia for example exclude its oil and gas and financial sectors from direct investment figure despite we have huge industries in those sectors.

PT Pertamina alone will likely have around 100 billion USD revenue for his year as for first semester it has exceed 50 billion USD revenue. Those oil and gas invest like crazy and we have foreign companies as well in this sector like BP, Petronas, and others

China is moving up the value chain. They have their own tech behemoths.

China no longer needs the west!

That American ambassador is a classic woke neocon

2022 is about to finish. Just wait 2022 number. For Indonesia we have about half Indian FDI in 2021 but our FDI has positive growth, not constant, Alhamdulillah's. Just wait another 6 months when UNCTAD shows the number again.
