Mao CPC won on KMT bcz Soviet liberated North East China and handed huge amount of weapons for you in 1945, and continue given help for you, so CPC is won KMT and PRC is established in October 1949. KMT is still existed in Taiwan, China is not united and fully independent ... so we can say that Soviet Union created China PRC and PRC is the puppet regime of Soviet Union ... is right.

Vietnam regained independence from France in September 1945. France Colonial came back and attacked us from 1946. Soviet Union and socialist countries had recognized Vietnam and began helped us only from 1950. So Vietnam is the independent state, long before such volunteer helps came. So that we say that Vietnam is never puppet of Soviet Union and other socialist countries.
