If Pakistan really needs it.

Growing Indian military space capabilities demand this capability.

Off Topic. How much sat coverage China have over Arabian Sea, Indian Ocean, Sub Continent?

We need SAMS and Frigates and Corvettes and Jets more then this anti satellite weapons ....

We now also need it as India is deploying radar and other equipment through SATS.

By 2012, China was pretty much able to cover the whole Asia, and now with the additional Beidou satellites being launched, China is starting to cover the Europe and Africa, and soon the America.

If U.S export NMD, China also will ... but such strategic weapon more like the Nuke, not easily export to foreign nation. Such system will cost hundred billion USD to build including GPS satellite chains, EWR radars, anti-satellite missiles ... normal nation not easily to afford it, it's a anti-satellite system, not just a single anti-satellite missile.

What about tracking ships in Arabian Sea, Indian Ocean etc??

For protection of CPEC those including area near Yemen, Somalia etc is necessary.

But here Indians claim that China cannot track of monitor IN in Arabian Sea or around it so PN can not hit at long distance targets (although its another discussion about PN).

Many Indian members also claim that China's submarine cannot sail in the Indian Ocean.

But the reality is the opposite, and you can check how many news related to the presence of the Chinese submarine in the Indian Ocean.

I was referring to SAT based capability to monitor and provide targeting data.
