Viet Nam and China are peaceful neighbours, its only some fisherman are going in Chinese waters , if they respect China's waters it will be beneficial for all , as there are clearly defined territories , and sharing fish is good thing

If and only if China could prove (pictures/videos) that some fisherman (Vietnam) are going in Chinese waters though. China couldn't provide any data to support its claim. Yet, there are people who know nothing about it.

I expect Chinese explain your territories claims like above-mentioned pictures?
Chinese must give official apoligises to Vietnam for harrashing its ships, kidnapping or killing its firshermen or robbing their fish within their marine territories.

Can any Chinese member explain to me the rationale China is using to essentially claim the entirety of the South China Sea as its territorial waters?

I took this picture from the above post which describes China's claim as defined by the UN. I'm sorry but it just seems absurd that China claims these waters as their territory when Vietnam, Philippines and Malaysia are within much closer proximity to the core of the South China Sea as shown in the picture.
