Exactly, a great idea for the Chinese to implement. And I believe the next step should be having different visas for the areas where there are a lot of Maoists who want independence from India
Finally I found my Pappu.....How are you Pappu......pass hua ki nahi
I find it beneath my dignity to answer to such mindless drivel (*to be read in a British accent)

time to provide arms and finance maoist freedom fighters, sikh independence and tamil independence.

I dont think our Taiwanese bros will give much a damn to underachivers!
(C) Summary: Taiwan dreams of parlaying closer economic, political, and educational ties with India into an economic and even strategic counterweight to China's regional dominance. India seeks Taiwan investment along with manufacturing and commercial expertise but rejects the idea of forming any sort of counterweight to China as &pure fantasy.8 Both sides' expectations have proven overly optimistic as bilateral economic relations encounter frictions and restrictions. Educational, scientific and technical exchanges remain fruitful. End summary.
"我们分手吧。China"...time to provide arms and finance maoist freedom fighters, sikh independence and tamil independence.
we can cut up the indian union into many little kingdoms.
if india interfers in our internal affairs, the indians dont realise how fragile their union is.
if we decide to interfere in indian affairs, they will start crying.
last time they messed with us in 1962, they got a bloody nose, they are making the same mistake again.
they significantly overestimate their power due to their own media hype.
we can build military bases in sri lanka, pakistan and bangladesh and completely surround india.
be careful who you pick fights with.
"我们分手吧。China"...
1. Have a game plan and strategy to break China
2. Ally with Anti China countries.
3. Weaken the pro China countries like Pakistan , Myanmar and Srilanka by promoting separatism in those countries
4. Plan for closer alliance with western countries so that they come to assist India to Indian Navy in the Indian ocean.
5. By planning the coastal security with allies, the land and air capabilities should be enhanced well so that when China attacks, India can reclaim its lost territories
6. Recognise fully the Government of Tibet in exile. Promote liberation of Tibet
7. Promote liberation of Uyghur Muslims in alliance with the central asian countries which are sympathetic to freedom of the oil rich state of Xinjiang.
8. Ask Russia , Vietnam and Japan to pressurize China in whatever aspect possible to encircle China in case of dispute with India.
But we will not insist such ideas as this will make no difference between authoritarian China and Democratic India.
Instead India should go for Promoting Democracy and Human rights in China by joining hands with the liberal people of China and Tibet.
We won 3 of 4 wars

BANGALORE: It would be an investment for students to study Mandarin the Chinese language, said James Chang, director cultural and division, Taipei economic and cultural center said on Thursday.
Addressing Political Science students at St Joseph's College he said with the changing power politics the world, where India and China would play crucial roles, learning Mandarin will make a huge difference. He said as much as China would benefit from trades, it would benefit Taiwan as well. Moreover it will be help the cultural relations between the countries. He also added that there is good response from India for the learning the language. The population with the knowledge of Mandarin is limited and that itself would be an advantage for many.
"Considering the increasing trade relations between India and China, there will be a higher demand for Mandarin Linguists," he added. The talk was part of a discussion between the Taipei Economic and Cultural Centre, New Delhi and the St. Joseph's College to set up a Chinese language course for political science students of the college as part of Chinese foreign policy.
"The concept is to combine training on both the native language and policy formulation of a country. This initiative will add to the skill set of students who are already specializing on the Chinese Foreign Policy and Political System." said Dr. Venkat Lokanathan, Assistant Professor and Coordinator, post graduate program of the Department of Political Science.
