No dude, Chabahar meant nothing to us.. It's not even in a good stragetic location.... Dont talk stuff you dont know, Gwadar is set to become the new Dubai as it is the biggest under sea port

The population has no hospitals, roads, or a authority to see all the development happening. Add to that the most corrupt govts available in the world. No land becomes dubai as it is. U need a very strong middle class to build and sustain like dubai. Gawdar has nothing but poors. it is incapable to handle even 2 ships right now and ur talking about dubai lolllll...

The 40 year contract was sign with PSA of Singapore in 2007 so it has 35 years left. A Chinese company taking over solves many disputes.
