No one would call B-52 a "High tech bomber". Its a bomb truck, and either case its an American made plane flown by Americans. Not like the Chinese bragging about Soviet Tupolev-16. Even the Engine is Russian.

Yes B-2 on the other hand is a high tech bomber, come brag when China makes something like that.

Capable doesn't mean "high tech". Its a 1950's Soviet Tu-16 as far as I am concerned.

China will be first country in universe which will use AC and megatons in neighbors. As for all other coutries AC is for power projection at far from main land, and using a megaton in neighbour means, polluting and radioactivating your own environment. But as we wll know this is what happens when you get more IQ than required, you stop thinking rationally. Today they are bombing some reefs, might be the case that CPC loos them as a future threat, who knows tomorow fish and other sea animals starts asking for democracy. Offcourse they could be infcted with hig IQ wirus from nearby Human population.
