Lakhvi got his bail through Lahore High Court, and to please India or more correctly to please UN Punjab government kept him under detention for way too long against the court's ruling. Indians are behaving as if government of Pakistan or as they like to think ISI and army let him go.

If any body knows about our judicial system and just how free our higher and supreme court have become will not be questioning the Pakistani government's intentions. Our supreme court has just recently stopped the military from hanging criminals which army courts convicted, thats how free our top judiciary is.

But Indians saw an opportunity to malign Pakistan and they tried, but thanks to China they failed.
