CES 2015: Samsung sports 110-inch 8K TV

Samsung Electronics is displaying its 110-inch 8K TV at the CES 2015 exhibition, which uses panel technology from China-based BOE.

The TV sports glasses-free 3D TV technology, ADSDS technology and 600nit. Currently, market observers that 8K content will not even be available until as early as 2016 in Japan but more prevalent as of 2018.

Panel makers will also aim 8K display sales at medical and commercial segments, said sources at BOE.

Also at CES, Samsung has announced the expansion of its Samsung Milk suite of entertainment services, including new platforms beyond mobile for Milk Music and Milk Video as well as the official debut of Milk VR (Virtual Reality).

Yeah true the 98" 8k one. But my point was that Samsung has bought it's tech from China for bragging rights, again. They did the same thing in CES 2013 for it's 110" 4k set.
