If India doesn't agree to a suggestion by the third party, it wont implement that. Same for Pakistan, if it doesn't agree to the suggestion. Third party will be useless. We need to sort out our differences ourselves and then bilaterally resolve the issue. No third party can help here.

India uses this as an excuse. They dont even accept their close ally as mediator because india knows they are on the wrong. They resort to the excuse of bilateral and when we say ok come talk then india says the environment is not right lolz seriously?? Dialogue is done to improve environment, talk it out. India has broken shimla agreement by rejecting bilateral engagement with Pakistan on Kashmir issue. Hence International involvement or if that fails a full blown armed struggle in Kashmir is Pakistan's right in pursuance of solving Kashmir issue.
