What's new

China and India’s 2,000-year manufacturing reign

we own the culture not the river....

Yeah exactly, in the division we got culture/history and they got river/water/land whatever. and the same culture/history was discarded by them already.. At that time, they never claimed to be named India or something. At that moment religion was most important and anything related to Hindu past was a sure shot reject.. But after living in delusion and suffering received at the hands of so called Ummah they want to claim their Hindu origins back.. This is Fickle mindedness, that's all i have to say..

No, the Indus Valley Civilization (and the Indus River) is based almost entirely in what is now modern-day Pakistan.

How can you "own" something that is in the territory of another country?

And Spartley belongs to China as huge cache of bottles of Szhewan Sauce originally belonging to 300BC was found there.:rofl:

Also it was founded by muslims:
Early forms of present day Hindustani (Hindi-Urdu) emerged from the Middle Indo-Aryan apabhramsha vernaculars of North India in the 7th–13th centuries CE.[14] Amir Khusro, who lived in the 13th century CE during the Delhi Sultanate period in North India, used these forms (which was the lingua franca of the period) in his writings and referred to the language as Hindavi.[14] The Delhi Sultanate, which comprised several Turkic and Afghan dynasties that ruled from Delhi

I see..you skipped quite some posts in the starting of the thread..that replied you nicely and dashed your dellusions...i m not a great historian...but just because 2 countries were created in 1947..And a border made..The history doesn't change..
By the same logic..how can muslims of Pakistan be so proud of IVC..cuz when it started...Islam didn't exist.

What does it have to do with religion? Just because Hinduism was created by the Indus Valley Civilization?

One upon a time, Chinese people practiced something known as "Heaven worship", but we don't do that today. That doesn't mean we can't claim the legacies of the civilizations that are within our borders.

India on the other hand, is trying the truly ridiculous step of trying to claim a civilization that was based almost entirely within modern-day Pakistan, based around a Pakistani River.

The Word China is Derived from Sanskrit.

The word "China" is derived from Cin (چین), a Persian name for China popularized in medieval Europe by the account of the 13th-century Venetian explorer Marco Polo.[27][28] The first recorded use in English dates from 1555.[29] The Persian word is, in turn, derived from the Sanskrit word Cīna (चीन)

"Chin" and "Cina" are both based on the Chinese word "Qin", from Qin Shi Huang.

It was translitered into both Sanskrit and then Persian, and then went on to become an English word. This all happened long before India even existed, and is not our true name, but rather an English name.

Same way..entire Pakistani,Afghan and Indian sub-continent ancient history should belong to India..cuz in ancient times..it was a single name.."India" or akhand Bharat as you may now right now..and it was the Hindus spread all over, when Islam didn't even exist..
Oh wait..I think all the history possible should belong to Adam and Eve...cuz thats where mankind started from...mind boggling logic...Chini dragon!

Got decent working eyes? Check this:
List of Indus Valley Civilization sites - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

I don't know what's your point, I showed you Urdu is taught at lots of places in India.. What's there to pi$$ about it? It's an Indian language so Indians will obviously learn it.. You people borrowed it and we got no issues with that too.. So please be happy..
