It is sad to see Pakistanis here bashing 'Arabs' who number in hundreds of millions and their rulers don't always represent them. And even Arab rulers had often helped Pakistan in the past. Don't paint the whole picture with one stroke!

As I see it, the changing Arab stances toward Pakistan is because Pakistan is rightly unable to deliver to the GCC alliance the kind of support which would alienate Iran. And Iran has been rightly distrustful of Pakistan because of the decades old alliances with Washington and Riyadh.

The best hope for Pakistan is the stupid rulers of KSA and Iran stop their pathetic regional rivalry which is not only making Pakistan's choices harder but also allowing non-regional players to exploit the fears of these countries. And my hope is the Biden presidency would bring some calm back to the region. Iran and KSA were not always in antagonism even sometimes after the 1979 Iranian revolution.

That argumant can be extended to all countries and is not unique. Why bash Americans when not all voted Trump [indeed nearly 50% did not] and or why bash Indiabs when Modi is not voted in by every Indian. A percentage of gross population of India voted.
