Medals/orders are given as a sign of respect to head of states/respected figures etc. Every country has a order that it gives to a visiting head of state on certain occasions. Either a presidential or royal order. It's just part of simple diplomacy. Nothing else.

India is the worlds number one exporter of rice and Pakistan is not even in the top 10 if I recall correctly and as stated by @Ammyy

Tht is/was actually Pak produced rice .. Labelled by and exported as indian..

What Indians did was import Pak rice and export it as indian ..

For a change please use credible sources instead of trash.
India is the largest exporter of rice in the World. Pakistan is not even close. Indian rice also trades for far more price than Pakistani rice does.
Let me put it in simpler terms for you - Indian rice is of higher quality and more expensive than Pakistani rice globally.

There are over 200 countries in the world mate. If Pakistan is number 11 or 12 they are one of the main producers of rice in my mind.

China is number 1 from what I can see. Pakistan number 10.
