Pakistan has enough Nuclear access and sources for both Military and Civilian use. Each deal we make, doesn't have to be propagandized like Indians. BTW, most of the Nuclear reactor and weapons enrichment technology for Pakistan's Nuclear program during the 1960s-1980s was bought from the West. Heck even our scientists were from the west.

So Pakistan already got what it wanted, a good 30 years before India could even dream of it.

Like i said, we don't want to do fake show offs. We get what we want and when we want. There is nothing that India can do about it.

Still suffering with the after effects.But we have our own methods we didnt got anything from West or USSR.But we developed our own 3stage program.3rd stage Thorium Commercial reactor is in construction.
So we also got what we want our own indigenous tech.US gave us this deal because they know India is already on par with advanced nations in nuclear tech.So we can move forward without them.All they want is a good relation with India.Former US President acknowledges in a personal meeting with former PM Manmohan Singh .You got several tech from West because you were in their camp.
Now it is outdated .Now your govt give prference to Chinese.

But we got we want .Now we are in talks for membership in MTCR,NSG etc without sign NPT or CTBT.



Dawood Ebrahim is a dreaded criminal and he is also a Indian.Noone can justify your govt action when they gave support to him.

How come Dawood born in UP..he is not even from UP...he was born in Ratnagiri Konkan region in Maharashtra to Konkani Muslim parents and was brought up in Dongri, Byculla in Mumbai

Not all dons come from UP. Though, original Don (reference: Movie, Amitabh Bachhan) is from UP.

Seriously speaking, I don't see this Don thing as Black or White. As per some of the rumors I have heard, these Dawood Ibrahim and Chota Shakeel kind of people get their Indian passport renewed from Saudi or Dubai and they visit India some times as well (of course without any news).
These rogue elements are kind of links between India and Pakistan's agencies and used for negotiations. Not to forget, they are used by Indian secret agencies and Media to blame any misshapen in India on their name for Profit of agencies as well as Political class. If Indian agencies would have been serious and interested for catching them then they would have caught them in Middle east as these people are available most of the time.

PS: Chota Rajan was used in the same way by the agencies for countering some cases.
