Chaudhary Nisar Bashing Indian Interior Minister On Kashmir Issue

.
This exercise was meant to be a bashing session by the indians they way rajnat came with all his bravado and arrogance thinking his walking the walk and he talk the talk and in return he will be applauded by his host for his cow s#hit he will garble out. plus Moohdhi ji's mate is in power who has his tongue stitched preventing him mentioning india and kashmir even when he does he suffers from a minute seizure.

Kudos to Ch Nisar he certainly pricked the balloon of arrogance.

..... all Kashmiri so called Freedom groups are designated as terrorist organizations by UN and other countries ,your definition of terrorist is different then rest of world , you country considers Osama as hero ........

My friend, You have been grossly misinformed.

The UN has no internationally agreed definition of terrorism and the reason is that some organizations (OIC, Arab League etc.) define terrorism to exclude "armed struggle for liberation" and "self-determination". The member countries (of these organisations) won't accept any definition of terrorism which may declare Palestinian Freedom Fighters as Terrorists. This Dead Lock continues to this day and the UN has not adopted the convention on international terrorism.

So, as long as the UN does not "define" terrorism, the Kashmiri Freedom Fighters cannot be declared Terrorists ..... Their insurgency cannot be declared legitimate either (until and unless the UN chooses to define terrorism to exclude "armed struggle for liberation" and "self-determination") .....

Various international conventions on terrorism have also pointed out the difference between struggles for self-determination and acts of terrorism.

For example, the UN General Assembly Resolution 3314 (XXIX) on the ‘Definition of Aggression’, adopted in December 1974, in Article 7 states: ‘Nothing in this definition, and in particular Article 3 could in any way prejudice the right of self-determination, freedom, and independence, as derived from the Charter, of peoples forcibly deprived of that right and referred to in the Declaration on Principles of International Law concerning Friendly Relations and Cooperation among States in accordance with the Charter of the United Nations, particularly peoples under colonial and racist regimes or other forms of alien domination; or the right of these peoples to struggle to that end and seek and receive support…’

As far as International Law is concerned, the Statute of the International Court of Justice does recognize the teachings of the most highly qualified publicists of the various nations as a valid source of International Law. This category may also include the work of organizations and private institutions. Opinions expressed by experts carry significant weight in International Law.

And here is what some experts on International Law have to say regarding the Kashmiri Freedom Fighters:

(The International Commission of Jurists (ICJ) is an international human rights non-governmental organization based in Geneva. The Commission itself is a standing group of 60 eminent jurists(including senior judges, attorneys and academics) dedicated to ensuring respect for international human rights standards through the law. Commissioners are known for their experience, knowledge and fundamental commitment to human rights.)

ICJ sent a fact finding mission to Kashmir in 1995. The final report published not only challenged the accession of Kashmir to India, it went on to say "If as the ICJ mission has concluded , the people of Kashmir have a right for self determination, it follows that their insurgency is legitimate " ... (p.84-98)

dudh mangoge kheer denge, kashmir mangoge cheer denge . like 1971 :guns:

You are obviously the kind of yob who has no clue about the procedure for speaking. Your minister exercised his right of reply; it is questionable but at least within the bounds of procedure. There is no right of reply to rights of reply.

Try to keep your ignorant hyper-patriotism as much out of sight as possible.

I expected you will not get personal on this matter, at least my previous conversation with you were not like this, refrain from personal insults.

Your minister ran away from the conference, he could have responded, or stayed there, that is how civil people react.
Chaudray Nisar did not hurled any personal insults on your guy.

He ran away from conference, that is how a foolishly, childish, cowardly act and no fancy words can change this.

.
This happens when the facts, principles and humanity are totally against you. You cannot continue killing innocent people and keep occupying their land illegally.
If that was the case then Pakistan would have lost Balochistan long back.

In this case, it was simply a mistake for the Indian HM to assume that Pakistanis would behave in a civil manner. We are fools to believe Pakistan can be reasoned with.

We know how to deal with terrorists and beasts.

I gave you nothing but respect and courtesy, until you chose to use such a glossing over of the procedure as to amount to an indirect lie. You have to earn respect, you get respect as long as you show you deserve it. You no longer deserve it; you have proved to be just another fanboy with no knowledge, no information and a lot of false attitude. A harsh disappointment.

Our minister went nowhere. He was right there. He did not have the opportunity to reply, such an opportunity is not given. I speak with complete authority. Please find out the facts about the procedures, and you will find that you owe the forum an apology.

Nobody ran away from the conference. It concluded in due form, with the exception that the chair handed over to someone else and descended to polemics.

You know nothing about the procedure and you have the temerity, the insolence to comment. There is nothing that you retain by way of respect when you treat these proceedings like any other bazaar riot, where two sets of idiots yell meaningless things at each other, then throw objects and then close for a scuffle. That is not how international proceedings are run.

I was wholly contemptuous of your distortion in your original post, and wholly confirmed in it in this disingenuous defence now.

Or you have been misinformed, he skipped the lunch, enough to clarify that he "ran away" like a coward (besides going to toilet 8 times :D)

I could have responded you with insults the same way that you do, but I am not you and I believe you can learn from me just like your minister could learn form my minister.

I gave you the chance to earn my respect, but you my friend has lost it.

.
So Pak did a very courageous act.Kya Baat hi.So courageous of them to block journalists from covering Rajnath's speech. To host regional conference and then showing your rough side to a visiting dignitary. Wah!! Bravo.U guys are brave.

Rajnath walked into Pakistan knowing he will be facing demonstrations. And he delivered the speech he promised.
So maybe he would have behaved like Congressmen used to do from our country. And accepted all insults.

Indian Cricket Team played in Pakistan and you threw bricks.Pak Hockey team after beating India in Orissa, abused Indian Public and we didn't react.

But then rowdiness is courage for you.Insulting is your strength. All in name of religion and ethinicity.

Bhailog, tumhara yeh thinking mahaan hi and tum mahaan ho.You are progressing well towards your dream country - that of ISIS and Syria.

Misinformed my foot.

He skipped the lunch as his host did not have the courtesy to stay, but departed with ostentatious display of hostility. He was not there, as he put it straightforward, to eat lunch. Your remark about toilets reads well with the general tone of coarseness and low breeding that you have infused into your comments.

There might be much that I can learn from you, like our minister might have learnt from your minister, but you miss the point. There is nothing that I wish to learn from you, and there is nothing, certainly not in manners or in observance of protocol, that our minister needed to learn from yours.

My respect is not easily given, and as for gaining it, I do that for myself, and do not seek it as a gift. Keep your respect; there are enough of those whom I respect among your own countrymen who have given me all that my heart could wish.

Finally, the word 'friend' is very important for me; I use it sparingly and accept it only from those worthy of my friendship. Please do not insult me by using it of me, ever again.

You know it is so easy to extract the real Indians out of you! I have the super power to do that :enjoy:
By the way you just admitted that your minister ran away like a coward from the lunch. Thanks.

Yeah that I understand, you do not have the manners of conversation and you obviously do not want to learn it from me, even if offered, after all you are an Indian.

Your minister can learn to not run away like a coward, he could also learn how to handle pressure and surely my minister could teach him that going to toilet 8 times is not how you handle the pressure.
He could also learn to not kill innocent people in Kashmir. But obviously he would not want to learn that. He got in power because of his anti-muslim extremism after all.

My respect is not easily given, and as for gaining it, I do that for myself, and do not seek it as a gift. Keep your respect; there are enough of those whom I respect among your own countrymen who have given me all that my heart could wish.

I am not asking for your respect seriously why would I? I offered you my respect, that would have only helped you. But apparently earning respect is not in your desire acting like a boor is. Keep doing it :), friend.

will only strain the relationship further..Pakistan must understand and acknowledge, no one is listening or taking Pakistani's leaders and extremists (who are roaming freely) seriously..It might sound sweet to some frustrated Pakistanis but there wont be any end benefit of it..OR it seems, Pakistan has given up and now trying its final push by again trying to call UNSC resolution...rofl..this is a clear sign of frustration, as India is not talking to them, world is not taking them seriously and India is just growing stronger and stronger making it impossible for Pakistan to win any fight with India! But Pakistan is deliberately forgetting that India has now more supporter at UNSC than ever before..4 of 5 permanent members will straight away reject any resolution against India.! Jago Pakistani Jago and Kaam Pe Lago..Kashmir is a ghost on your neck which is not letting you realize your real strength and keeping you engaged in unaffordable battle with much larger preceived enemy!
