Meanwhile India is investing around $11 trillion for complete infrastructure revamp of India building new expressways, expanding dedicated freight corridors, create many huge logistics and warehousing hubs, metro rail in all Indian cities, building RRTS lines, IT Parks, data centres, industrial parks, new central business districts, big international airports, new smart cities, big seaports and transhipment ports around India, introduce bullet train to a lot more routes and so on.

All this by raising debt from Indian banks, giving projects mostly to Indian firms, using mostly Indian equipment, providing jobs to Indians and with no strings attached.

That is a very valid viewpoint, but the points you've listed are recurring costs. They would need to be done again and again, we wont be solving those problems with that approach.

The better long tern solution would be to create industries, and I believe this does that. All the mentioned factors would concurrently be solved with the later approach.

I fail to understand what tech ISRO will provide to the Indian private industrial entrepreneurs so that the average Indian subsisting on poverty wages can work on, to feed his/her family.

I mean, if you Indians want to emulate China (which your BJP leaders are jumping up and down about all the time), you should follow China's lead.

China started thirty years ago with basic industries, basic wage jobs to export basic items like hammers, screwdrivers, shoes, clothing. plastic toys, tchotchkes.

Indian can't even largely make the components for basic cellphone consumables like Li-Ion batteries or SMT chip-populated cellphone motherboards. It has to import them from China. This is the industrial sophistication level of India.
