You mean in Ottoman palace ? if yes there were of course many ranks among women in palace, Valide Sultan, Hanım Efendi, Gözde, Haseki Kadın, Haseki Sultan etc.

In street there is Hanım and Kadın/Hatun ,Kız etc. , old women are called Koca karı but it would be offensive my grandparents call each other Koca Karı and Koca Herif
