Can't stand the taste of alcohol, anything above 15 abv I can't stand.
Raki has %45 Alcohol...

But you mix it with water so it is like %20 alcohol when you drink it.

Also,it has a dense anise flavor... and you never drink it alone.. You drink it with a meal (fish dishes mostly) or with "Meze"

What do you guys typically use for Meze?
BTW, what is that dish in the picture? Is it hummus, or baba ganoush ?

I may try it one day, but I likely won't if there isn't something to mask the alcohol flavor (not the burning sensation). So far I have only been able to tolerate stouts and Imperial stouts, and dark red wines.
