My favorite Turkish food is Adana Kebab. Its spicier than the other Kebabs.

Speaking of Kebab, I made Joojeh Kabab (grilled chicken) today. I bought 2 chicken breast filet, and chopped it into smaller pieces.
I marinated the chicken with onion, garlic, salt, lemon, youghurt, and zafron.

It was amazing meal. I have some pictures
