Cat food

Yes Drool is another brand that is available online . Anything below 500 even for 20 days or 3 weeks is good enough for me . I can mix that with milk and eggs on other days . No problem with milk as I can give them Milk daily because we buy milk from neighbor and it costs half of its market price ( plus its a fresh Cow milk ) .

But the question is should I go for dry or Wet ? Dry seems okey as its hassle free . Wet I have heard spoils quickly and since the cat is feral , If it doesn't come to my house for 2 days , the food will be spoiled by then .

I would not get milk to the kitten just yet, you better off giving them water to begin with, mum have a better tolerant on milk so I would suggest you probably mix it with water and food.

You should always go Dry and Wet together. Dry food provide dietary fibre while wet food provide protein

I think you should not reuse dry food if you have put them out for two days already......So, if he did not come to your house for 2 days, you are going to have to throw those food out anyway.

So as a test piece , Should I go for 400 g Dry cat food of Drool or Royal canin with similar amount of wiskas wet ( Tuna , sardine , chicken etc )

buying cat food is not exactly science....And yes, cats will eat whatever even if it would kill them.

I would say if you have some spare money, you will be better off getting a bag of top brand cat food, but if money is a problem for you, then all you can do is either buy what's in your range, or you cook them yourself...

If I were you, I will get the top brand then went down from there. But since you have a small budget, you probably need to get whatever you can give to the cat. So, you should just do whatever it make sense to you and save up to upgrade the food later on.

Same time, but I would probably just put out dry food first, and then when I see the cat, I will pour wet food on it.

Milk is fine , I give it daily . For Eggs I must fight it out with MOM and Meat ....... We eat meat once in 6 months . I once went to buy meat and my whole body and soul was shattered by what i witnessed inside the shop . Since then I avoid such places .

Why what did you saw their?
I will still advice you to leave the cats and go for a nice and healthy Labrador puppy. They are not that maintenance hungry.

mate 500 rupees will buy enough milk and eggs to feed them for a month as they visit you only occasionally.. there is no need to buy specialized cat food..

My parents are against pets , they are the same people who used to have multiple cows in Kashmir

My Dad is planning to send me to Chandigarh for Bank Coaching . I have been resisting this for few days .
My relative keeps pushing me to visit her home in Delhi .
My sister in law was also planning to take me to Mumbai .

I do feel that this business of feeding our pets organic, beautifully cooked foods when so many children don't have enough to eat is getting out of hand.

There are 35+ million stray dogs in India. Get people to stop feeding them and start feeding cats. A new social culture will develop where people internalize the wise ways of the cat and become empathetic to the sufferings of their fellow humans.

Also, female cats need to be taken to the vet to be neutered. If not you will have a half dozen new cats in a year.

Neutering cats is so wrong. An ideal human city is where there are cats instead of street dogs ( or dogs in general ). Of course care should be taken that these cats are properly fed so that they don't fight for resources.

I once took an injured feral cat to the vet and the vet put it down right away. There is no place for feral cats in a domestic urban environment. Or anywhere in fact. Feral cats are pests and ruin indigenous populations of fauna.

That is a wrong thing to do and say.

I understand your take on the situation as Im a major cat lover myself. But ultimately, from an ecological standpoint there is no way around the situation with feral cats other than to wipe them out.

In New Zealand, Australia and Tasmania most of the wildlife evolved separate from the major land masses of Europe, Asia and Africa and therefore have ZERO evolutionary protective mechanisms in place to survive an attack by wild cats.

As I mentioned 4 years ago, Cats are too skilled and successful at hunting. Have you ever seen a cat torture a small before? They make a game of killing other creatures because its too easy for them.

I have pigeons and they eat everything I mean everything . just give them leftover food and they will eat it and all are healthy some are fat
