Majority religion in India > vegatarianism > high carb/fibre diet > high bowel activity in the human body > high fecal matter > high urge for excreting fecal matter

Those who are mindful of what they eat(such as those who workout, etc) will know that a low protein, high carb/fibre diet will cause u to go to the toilet way more often

Ok The reason is religion. Now tell me China is second in Open defection after India. What is the reason for same happening In china? Communism?
