Radioactivity is not much of an issue.Look at Fukushima and Japan ,it has been contaminated by Pu-239 and pu-241 and still Japan is thriving and these are some of the most radioactive materials on the planet ,much worse than nuclear fallout of nuclear weapons which lasts for a few months. Nuclear bombs are very clean though. Also there are 5,100 towns and 380 million total in urban areas. In all likely conditions the death toll you will achieve will be 380 million. Which means good for an imperial venture to capture Balochistan.

Dont act like a moron. The 100-150 nuclear weapons Pak has will kill 1/5 of Indian population and send it back 50-60 years in terms of development. The Indian response will wipe the state of Pakistan completely with hardly any Pakistani left alive. Balochistan will be absorbed by Iran, Durand line will be wiped and the Pashtun areas of Pakistan will be absorbed in Afg. Pak occupied Kashmir will probably be gobbled up by China. Punjab will become a separate country and Sindh will probably join up with whatever is remaining of India

1/5 is best case scenario.

And no ways balochistan should be absorbed by Iran.It has the largest conventional reserves of oil according to Carnegic Foundation. If Balochistan is not conquered by India ,then the imperial venture of conquering Pakistan is sure a waste.
