We fought, infiltrated and attacked Dutch in Papua during 60's when they have still had Papua island in their hand.....and dont forget East Timor invasion ....and Indonesia's invasion to Malaysia (not successful because not backed by the Army and there were british and Australian soldiers helping Malaysia-actually this is not a good war either morally). We had many invasion experiences before buddy....and you just did defensive war against France and USA

Indonesia will always be a large market with our large demography. And we sit between two great oceans and two continents. It doesn't matter whether the Kra Canal exist or not, we will always be important... we have "far larger canal" than your Kra.

By the way, Singapore will be in a big trouble if it is not a hub anymore after you finished that project...so it can potentially be a big trouble for them....even though it must take longer time to really happens as you wish .....but since our main port which is Tanjungpriok is not a hub port yet and our economy is not really attached to a status of hub port....Because our economy is big due to real demand of good from inside...and also because it has become in some level a hub of production....so I believe that it will not harm our economy even though your dream realized inshaALLAH...and of course there are still big potential that we are still very important in the region at that dream time of yours ....since our economy in 2020 is projected to reach 2 trillion US Dollar if it continues to have at least 6 percent growth as OECD and others institution projected ....Indonesia of course is a very huge market and production base within ASEAN economic region...and ships route reflect export-import goods
