so targeting 200 cities is impossible? I think Pakistan should strive to have enough nukes to destroy whole bharat twice in any case of aggression against Pakistan.

Nothing is impossible,but very difficult,targeting 200 cities when India have BMD,AAD,PAD at its place, is a huge huge task.
by ballistic missile,for air you need air superiority,and nothing in naval.

India should have Policy of Automatic Strike without any permission If India hit with Nuke..... Means after news of Nuke hit , Based commander should automatically launch Nuke missile in predetermined target , multiple missiles in like 50-60 , hit Across all PAK area which make entire PAK radiated without waiting any GO order from ARMY Chief/ PM etc.
