....I don't know if I should laugh or cry.
I live in Canada with a high Chinese population.
You are trying to convince me that what I am seeing with my own eyes is incorrect.
In Canada Chinese people are flooding the real estate market and buying homes for millions of dollars. The Huawei princess has 2 homes in Vancouver that are worth 10s of millions of dollars.
It is so common to see 18 year old Chinese kids driving around in super cars (and often crashing them) that the locals actually joke about it.
So please, knock it off with the fake news and accept reality from first hand accounts.
They do the same shit over here.
Okay 50 cent man, you have earned your social credit for the day.
You have successfully argued what a local Canadian experiences while sitting in an IT center in Beijing.
They buy houses as a way of money laundering.
in CPC China, the one man in Beijing can take away all their money on a whim as there is no rule of Law there.
So smart Chinese people funnel their money out of the country to a place that has rule of law, as a way to save it from the CPC.
Downside is that it ruins the local's ability to buy and live in their own cities.
It makes me so angry that young folks can’t afford to buy a house after University graduation because the house prices are so expensive compared to the annual salaries of most people. Our corrupt politicians should have stopped this scam a long time ago.
