Building a new ‘Mandar’ in Riyasat-e-Madina is against the spirit of Islam: Ch Pervaiz Elahi

.
Riasate madina hahaha!
One of the most corrupt country in the world, top to bottom, almost everyone has their hands dirty.

Why do Pakistanis think such highly of themselves, yet their actions says otherwise.

.
there is ijma of Ummah on this.Holy Prophet(P.B.U.H) on Fatah e Makkah demolished all idols and ordered Hazrat Ali R.A to demolish even those graves which are much high above the ground. There is not a single evidence that new idol worshiping places are build under any Caliphate

Ok, can you provide any evidence that the building of new places of worship was prohibited or stopped? As far as i understand there is a hadith referencing that it should be prevented in the hijaz.

In Riyasat e Madina the minority are allowed to practice their religion as they wish to do, read the constitution of Madina State.
If the Hindus of Pakistan need their own place where they could pray then thats fine. Islam is not against but why is the Pakistani state getting involved in Hindu worship places. Pti is playing politics with religion.

ISLAMABAD - A bench of the Islamabad High Court (IHC) Tuesday rejected a plea seeking a stay order against the construction of a temple for Hindu community in Sector H-9 and sought comments from Capital Development Authority (CDA) on the matter.

Justice Aamer Farooq conducted hearing on the petition moved by Tanvir Akhter Advocate.

The court said minorities' rights were protected in the Constitution and it must be cared. The court, however, directed the civic body to explain that whether the temple in Sector H-9 was part of the CDA's master plan or not.

At the outset of hearing, the petitioner adopted the stance that there was already a temple existed in Saidpur Village and it could be renovated further.

He pleaded the court that the land allocated for temple in Sector H-9 was a violation of CDA's master plan, adding there was no Hindu community residing around this sector.

He prayed the court to stop the temple's construction and declared it as null and void.

He said if the temple was constructed then the other minority communities could make the same demand on the same grounds.

The court rejected the stay order request and sought reply from the CDA.

Last week, construction of the temple in capital city began, fulfilling a long-standing demand by the minority community.

The site of the Shri Krishna Mandir (temple) complex, will include a crematorium, accommodation for visitors, a community hall and a parking space spread across an area of 4 kanals.

The plan was approved in 2017 during the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz’s tenure but its construction had been delayed for various reasons.

if they build new one there is high risks that it will be attacked by raw backed terrorists for causing bad reputation of Pakistan and also require high costs for security of this mandir which will put more pressure on security forces, these hindus can worship in their homes without being subjected to security risks, mandirs are generally build on historical places of ancient hindu leaders and i think in Islamabad there is no such place
Renovate or expand existing ones. Why build a new one to gain few brownie points?

weren't the Ottomans that conquered Constantinople, I thought that made them a legitimate successor to many of the Islamic states.

We are required to follow the conduct of Holy Prophet(P.B.U.H) and His Shabah R.A and not of mughals and other rulers who did mistakes and there is no instructions in Islam to follow their conduct

Laughable. Don't the Pakistani Hindus pay taxes too? Don't they have a right to worship their religion in their temples and be protected by the tax funded security forces? Someone mentioned in another thread that there are around 3,000 Hindus in Islamabad. If they want to build their temple, then what is biting you?

When TTP was bombing mosques, were you at that time propagating that no more mosques be built?

And meanwhile, in India, the bhakts are smiling away reading this thread.

They probably feel envious regarding how much clout the religious fascist have in Pakistan. I'm certain they would do the same if they could gain that much clout.

Its a corruption scandal more than a temple.

This Pirouz is PTI ally.

. . .
Naive.

Risat e Madina promoted the freedom of religion.

...and of constitutional values, rather than rule by personal whim. Which is precisely why Jinnah, that arch-constitutionalist, liked the concept.

Your country is so, so unlucky that he didn't live even another two years. 90% of Pakistan's problems would not exist (I am excepting the one false step he made, in his speech in Dhaka).

The Riyasat e Madina was so critical a hint in Pakistan's historical narrative and was so badly neglected.

He is not bhakt. He is ally of government but government isko koi value nahi da rhi is liye keh raha ha

Aha, that makes perfect sense.
