She was just an average village woman and she was`nt even armed let alone the firing by her.This is just propaganda news created by indian media to justify this severe crime commited by BSF

BSF doesn't work for pakistan. They only care about the security of our civilians. If you want to blame someone than blame your pak rangers.

That was late at night when she was crossing the no one knew if she's a woman at the first place of if she was armed or unarmed. She was crossing International border and not railway line,she was warned she should v either frozen or ran to the other side if not she was bound to shot down ,which happend.

She was crossing border in the dark,it was unknown if she was armed or unarmed,she was warned by the BSF while crossing she ran toward them instead and was shot. Question that ariese is what were your rangers doing while she was crossing? She was crossing IB not walking down a park ,your side should be alert to not let anyone cross over,cos they are bound to be shot down at one the most sensitive borders in the world if he/she tries to infiltrate.

Civilian or not, BSF deploy a 0 tolerance policy. Your kin simply can not be trusted. Keep your civilians away from the border; infact if you care so much about them, you'd have moved them away from the border so when the next time your army starts acting up and break cease fires and getting a response from the indian side; they won't become a casualty.

You are making it sound as if India has a state policy to shoot at pregnant women intruders! @Abingdonboy simply gave an example of pregnant lady to say that anybody would be engaged if they don't stop!

In this particular incident, how do you expect anybody to accurately identify any intruder to be a woman -- late at night as the OP states? After all, it is not everyday that women try to intrude across an International Border between two rivals nations!

It is also said that she was covering herself with blanket!

Look mate! With the advantage of hindsight now, it appears that she perhaps was cold and lost. That is really unfortunate and I hate to see anybody go down like that. I don't wish such an end even to my sworn enemy.

But that's not the point here. The point is, there was no way one could reliably identify her first of all, as a female (because she was covered in blanket), secondly it was late at night! And it was on an international border known for infiltrations/exfiltrations by terrorists and smugglers alike.

What also went against that unfortunate soul was that this incident came barely 2 days after a major terrorist attack on the same stretch of International Border - not very far away.

So, it doesn't make sense when you people start accusing BSF/IA or Indians in general for celebrating an unfortunate death of a female! Let's offer our condolences and move on!!

Think from the perspective of security force. She is jumping a barbed wire fence - there were pics - she is covered head to toe, she is not responding to calls for halt, not cooperating with border security, middle of the night. What are security forces supposed to do? Unnecessarily risk their own life? That part of the world is not the safest.

things like that happen by organise army. so many times indian fishermen come in our area and caught them. most of them are release. Indian halicopter landed in Azad Kashmir . they were send back safely,.
