I dont recall any Indians here celebrating when your GHQ was stormed by the Taliban terrorists recently. In fact all I recall reading from the Indian side was shock and horror

I would like to ask you and some others this, I pointed out something and it got edited because of the language that i had used. Any ways i will try to put it in the best possible way. The thing is that when an Indian soldier is in Kashmir let’s call it that and not IOK for your satisfaction. We on the other side look at them as occupiers and oppressors of normal human rights of the Kashmiri Muslims. And every one remembers the killings, and raping with the disappearances of thousands of Kashmiri men and women. Now tell me something that would he have though twice when he has though that the person on the other side might want to kill him. He had shot at him first and then investigated because he is in the middle of a war. It is the same Indian army whose pic's were proudly displayed with them walking over the dead bodies of Kashmiris and many of the Indian posters here celebrating. Also from what i have read all the people who have laughed at this are not laughing at the soldier that died, it is the media that is being laughed at for fabricating the story. On a side note i don’t feel any joy in what happened to guy, of course what we all chose to ignore is that this is not one story that is being discussed here but this one death had many other life’s connected to it and many deaths happened due to this one. I feel sorry for the family that lost a person. But sorry to say that i am not sorry for the Indian soldier who is occupying Kashmir.

Buddy there are lots of killings and raping done by the so called freedom fighters also.Can you tell me no Kashmiri is killed by the so called freedom fighters??Last month there is a report about killing of one of the freedom fighters by a Muslim gal that too a Kashmiri ..From this you can assume that not every Kahmiri is fond of those so called freedom fighters..Killing innocent civilians in the name of what ever cause is terrorism and its should be replied by the same way..there is no sympathies for the terrorists..There is no such thing as a good terrorism ..Yes there are some cruelties done by the Army but our government taken actions against them also..I am not saying that our Army men are saints but they are not cruel as in Pakistani media reports..for eg there was a picture posted here about some Kashmiries celebrating Independence day of Pakistan..In some of the snaps there were small children also present..Do you think if our Army was that cruel they will dare to celebrate this in public..and even if they do they will risk their childrens life for this??

Any way if they wanted to make fun of the media reporting there was a separate thread for that in this forum..they can do it at that thread..I thought that it was highly inappropriate..may be its only me..Sorry for derailing the thread

I respect your point of view, don't have to agree to every thing that you said. And i am sure that you will agree with me on that. We all have our differences, and we look at them from our own spectrum of reality. We weigh them on our scale of what ever...................
I appreciate your point of view. Some things were made fun of, should or shouldn't have that is a point of argument for all. And as i said there are things that are looked at by different people differently. I didn't really say much about the news article, but the only thing that was ticking me off was that some guys here were just going on about how thy will not be sympathetic to the deaths of civilians in Pak when some thing happens next. (which I hope and pray to Allah that never will)
No one is trying to score points here, or beg for sympathies. neither am I nor are u. Hope to carry on a good discussion with you in future. Take care.

The whole problem is that of occupation and Indians dwelling on one death of their soldier. why not stop this madness and start peace process by plebiscite.

So the question is that if Indian have any morality to hold plebiscite and stop killings for ever, but Indians have and will come back with excuses indicating they are not serious about peace but only putting freedom fighters and Pakistan down.

And than to top it off they have the galls to mention Baluchistan and North western Pakistan, even mention of it by an Indian is a interference in Pakistani affairs.

Kashmir is a disputed territory. And the world accepts it as a disputed territory, but not any part of Pakistan.

So If Indians have what it takes to talk about/implement peace, than act on it or continue in the path of madness, choice is that of India and Indians.

True peace is found in the moment of Acceptance and it is the 1st step

DIG BSF killed in IED blast in Samba, two injured


Deputy Inspector General of BSF was on Monday killed and two other force officials seriously injured in a blast triggered by militants near the Indo-Pak border in Samba district's Ballad post.

52-year-old DIG O P Kanwar had gone to the area to conduct a combing operation this morning after the post came under fire from across the border since last night, Senior Superintendent of Police, Samba, Raghubir Singh told PTI.

During the combing operation, a blast took place, killing Kanwar, a BSF cadre officer, and leaving two others badly injured, he said.

Kanwar, who was DIG (Headquarters, BSF Frontier, Jammu), was officiating as DIG of the operational area in Samba.

As per preliminary information, terrorists had planted an improvised explosive device (IED) on the Indian side and taken cover at a safe place in Pakistan territory. As soon as the militants found out that a senior officer was visiting the area, the IED was detonated in which the DIG was killed, official sources said.

They said there has been intermittent cross-border small arms firing on the forward Ballad post since last night. The BSF troops have replied to the firing, they said.

So they were hiding in Pakistani side of the LoC and as soon as they came to know Indian BSF DIG was coming they detonated it

The report says that there is intense firing from the pakistani side, which means that is a cover up for infiltrating terrorists from pakistan.
So when the our DIG went to check out the "out post" which was damaged by shelling he was assasinated by the infiltrated terrorists.
Then after wards Indian forces went for combing the area.

I want to ask you where is the fun part?

It is true that if some Let operative or some terror network operatives based in pakistan are caught pak has a habbit of retaliating. This is one of the case.
