Better yet, why was the worlds most advanced military and best trained and and equipped soldiers not deployed when Afghanistan was invaded to cut off the escape routes and track down this leadership?

In fact, US deployment in Afghanistan, even after realizing that some leadership had taken advantage of the rugged and lawless frontier with Pakistan to escape, continued to remain far too small to help plug the border with Pakistan and train Afghan security forces and continue to hold and secure the majority of the country.

Can we see some of the evidence placing him in Pakistan?

I mean its not like the fact that the West thinks he is hiding in Afghanistan is a secret anymore ...

And if there is no evidence to present, I think the Indians and Westerners need to shut up about the evidence Pakistan talks about, implicating the Indians in terrorism in Pakistan, not being good enough.

Heck, the Indians blatantly accept that they have no evidence!

Shashi Tharoor himself admitted yesterday or the day before that Pakistan is the one that has to find evidence implicating Hafiz Saeed!

Think about what Shashi Tharoor said for a moment - if he stated that Pakistan is the one that has to find evidence abotu HS's complicity in Mumbai, he basically admitted that India has no evidence. But that then also raises the issue of why exactly India wants Pakistan to specifically dredge up/manufacture evidence against Hafiz Saeed? If it has no evidence to begin with, why insist that Pakistan only focus on this one personality?
