British men prepare to fight Turkish-led forces in Syria

I have no objection to your post except this.

Fatih district not become conservative but it had been always a very conservative district.

So, by seeing Fatih district you shouldn't come to a conclusion that Turkish society is becoming more conservative.

That sentence wasn't intended to mean that. Maybe it was misplaced, but I was just trying to describe a city that came across as pluralistic.

You guys have been at it for a while now, where one of you is trying to describe the city as conservative and the other is countering that. I think it's not overwhelmingly either.

Haaaaaaa. Outed. Shame on you.... report that too.
Turks are brave....You are a coward and

Miss miss that Boy is picking on me.

All this time you have been attacking me about not having been to Turkey and that I am lying but as soon as I turn the heat you run to Mods. But now everyone knows you are Indian.....Shame on you
Lol, i have not been attacking you. I don't attack on people whom attacks me, just report them to mods. I only deal with people whom attacks my friends. You can ask me to anyone in Çay Bahçesi thread in Turkish section.

My advice is; get over and move on. Don't turn into a anti-Turk like some Pakistanis did in the past.

Of course, it's not like Turkish people are ultra-liberal, but it's not like every woman wears hijab.

.
Btw,since the refugee influx(400k alone in Istanbul),it looks like people are more conservative but they are not, most Turks are modern with European style clothing.
Big bro, i'm not objecting to you but just giving my last impression.
I was in Istanbul 1-2 months ago. I landed at Sabiha Gökçen airport, from there i took the bus and went to Kadıköy. Then i took the ferry and went to Beşiktaş and from there i went to Bebek.

It was the usual Istanbul, nothing different.

Also, leave this guy alone bro. :) He is most possibly an angry teenager.

Why don't you f off. What are You his boyfriend. He started this by being abusive. When he got it back he didn't like it. Now you are swearing at me. Who asked you to join in. Turks are not idiots but he was an exception

@T-123456

Let's stop quoting this guy... they way this thing is going, he will finally smash his screen and cut his hand. :)

After the coronation of caliph Erdogan, Turkey is not as secular or liberal as other NATO countries.

Really? Compared to India ... Turkey is light years ahead in the case of human development, standard of living, women's rights, modernization, and Westernization. Are you smoking something?

. .
And so they should.
Best if you stay out if this.
He started by being abusive When he got it back he didn't like it. And kept reporting me
His friend joined in with fvuk word not nice. So guess what he got it back.
He you didn't abuse me so I haven't abused you. But why are you all apparing here. See me calling Pakistanis to pick on Turks?

Why should I stay out of it, this is my favorite aspect of the forum.

No one called me I was already active in this thread.

You said yourself Turks are proud people, so being proud if you use the f*ck word to Sinan he will naturally want some revenge and not just let it go.

I'm not even sure what happened, it looks like you said you'd been to Turkey and he said you hadn't then all of a sudden you got into a fight with eachother.

And for some strange reason you call him and the other turkish guy Indian all the time.

As if being Indian was being less worth or something, Indians are human beings just like Turks and Pakistanis.

. . . .
Yes I agree, and I would like to keep Turkey like that.
But Mr Erdogan may have other plans in his mind.
And as usual the moderate liberal majority of Turkey will remain silent when the ultra religious minority spreads its wings just like in Pakistan. Now I would not like Turkey to be like Pakistan.
Don't worry about Turkey, be focused on where modi is taking your suckular india.

FYI...

IF by any chance you happen to read the life of Muslims under past Khalifats... How they behaved in society/What it was said among themselfs, among "Savant" etc.... You will get one word in your mind....
"Starfullah"...

IF by anychance....one of those "past" muslims happen to read about few of our Muslim societies... He will get one word in his mind...
"Starfullah"...

Having been to instability and Ankara, I must confess its quite modern and I felt like I was more in a European city than a middle Eastern country. Turkey is one of the few truly secular countries in the region. Even in terms of the mentality and character of the people I interacted with there. I think other Muslim countries can learn a thing or two from Turkey.

Don’t talk off topic rubbish, talk something that is relevant to the topic in hand.
Keep your our Modi and India frustration out of this thread.
